Also there have options to select from minutes to hours. set this for 2 minutes or try 15 minutes. Select any according to your needs and requirements.

It is more easier for Macs user. You should go to the Apply pull-down menu and select the option "System Preferences" and after that "Energy Saver" option. And you will get your computer optimized and be able to speed up your computer.
